The room was spotless with amazing views of the bay, the bed was really comfortable, and it even had a balcony, plus the location was great for dining and the staff were lovely.

The staff at the Essence were incredible. I've never had that level of service from any hotel before, even 5 star hotels like the Ritz. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel's location is exceptionally nice, just next door to train tracks, all tourist attractions and the historical centre. The rooms are extremely pleasant and brand-new and have splendid views over the mountains.

Further, it was not far from many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, travel arrangements for train tickets and transfer to the station and the airport and restaurants and nice tourist places.

The hotel was right at the heart of the bustling city and it was a good rest pit after walking thru the chaotic streets of hanoi. The staff was also wonderful especially mr Dung, the manager.
